It seems that upper gold is have a CC team or a resist team as just blowing people up in 1 shot is not as common in the lower ranks.

I am not seeing a great CC champs in your ranks but I do not know all of the champs.

Building a resist team would be farming gear all over again.

Your gear is a *little* shy of being where you need to be. You want Arbiter at 330+ SPD to reliably win the speed race. Is there any way you can get that extra speed? If not, spend time farming Dragon 20 until you can.

Once you get there, I think you have two choices:

Arbiter + Visix (tuned to go right after Arb, 300+ ACC) + Deacon (focus on ACC, SPD is not that important but make sure he is faster than your nuker) + Zavia

OR

Arbiter + Kreela (tuned to go right after Arb) + Rae (make sure she is positioned to attack before Skullcrown) + Skullcrown 

Both are good options, but both require you to win the speed race.

yeah was thinking of using visix as an aoe provoker, but don't really have any guaranteed stunners about from ninjas aoe freeze and zavia over rae? got double rolled spd on all my items apart from my chest which I just can't seem to get even a double roll on and kreela over Farakhin?

Zavia has block revive - that's the reason to use her instead. Gives you more insurance. As for Kreela vs Fatman - honestly, pick your poison. Whichever you prefer.

It should oneshot them. You have Deacon for DEF down, and Zavia A3 hits very hard. No weaken unfortunately. How close are you to getting Lydia? She'll be much more useful on that team than Deacon.

yeah iam on 555 so miles away from lydia, haven't really focused much on faction wars, but I've seen how strong lydia is,  looks like I will continue to focus on dragon when the events come up but thank you, I have mistreated monster, he's supposed to be a plat arena champ would he not go into any of the teams?

Frankie fits into a very different team comp than those. You'd want a go-second team for him, which is typically [Rhazin/Lydia] + [Vogoth / Seeker / Sandlashed / Scyl / etc]. MM can be on that team as well, though usually Vogoth is the one that has the big shield set.

I would strongly suggest the visix team over the blender comp. It is a much better defense and I assume you will be using same team for both.
