I would lower is c.rate and increase other stats instead. The reflected damage is allways critical, so running more c.damage is usefull. 

The c.rate only increases his active skills, but the main damage his A1 and A2 do, comes from Warmaster anyway, not from critical hits these skills do. Compare how many hits you do with his A1 and A2 on one side, and how many hits his reflection skill does on the other side. There is noo need for such a high c.rate on this champ, if you use him at CB only. For dungeons, his A1 is a massive damage dealer as well and he should have 100% c.rate in dungeons, but for CB you can basically run him with 0 c.rate.
