Also the support answer was that epics and legendary is verry hard to get .thats how prepared support is with a meaningless answer . (from sacred shards you get epics or legendary )

LOL, yes, after several years of answering the same question from 1000s of people that don't understand probability, they do have the answer prepared.  In all honesty you shouldn't be spending money on shards.  And anyone with a calculator can tell you the odds so it's not like you can claim ignorance or being misled.

12 % probability to get a legendary Hero. You are missing The Point my friend. Sacred shards you get 1 per mounth if you cant beat doom tower hard. 14 sacred shards with no legendary is to much. The fact that you consider what happend to ME to be normal îs only to make ME angry. 

I wrote this message so People that are New to The game to learn from this as I did. Just dont act like you wont be frustrated if you pull 14 sacreds and get 0 legendary Hero. Îs the highest probability to get a legendary hero on hardest to get shard type on 2x event.

The chance to ge an epic is 88%. The chance to get 14 epics in a row is 0.8814 = 16.7%. 

Bad luck, but not as unlikely as getting hit by a lightnig bolt or something like that. The math is pretty clear, and you knew that before you opened the shards.

You know I am really interrested in what people who complain about shards and the % expectations are when opening them.

Sorry but I find it really hard to beleive that out of 12 epics none of them are useful.

I had 4 sacred shards on both my accounts and I did not open any as I already have more Epics and Legos than I can level and book.

You  can  get  more  Sacreds  than  one  per  month.  If  you  are  clearing  NM  and  UNM  clan  boss  than  you'll  be  raining  Sacreds.

During a 2x on sacred shards, your chance to receive a legendary is at 12%, which also means your chance to get an epic champion is at 88%.

I'm sorry that you haven't pulled what you had hoped for, but there's nothing wrong.

LOL, I'm not missing the point.  You completely missed the point. 14 sacreds, even under 2x, is no garantee of a legendary. That IS the point. Perfect place to LOL.

the % are casino percentages, meaning they are an  average across the whole playing population for a certain amount of time

If these were slot machines reviewed by some authority that is what they look for.

So what that means is the % does not apply to any one account but across all accounts, meaning also you get some people that do really well with shard pulls, but to manitain that average that means many others do really lousy.

The resiult here in the forum is that there are braggards and moaners, and those that say they understand things like statistics and everyone else does not.

Makes for bad blood all around, IMO.

As one of the moaners 😁, what is you expectation when you open a shard?

Heck I know sometimes I would rather get a great epic like MM,RG over even a great Lego, just all around easier to accend and book.

I expect to lose silver.

I have just a few legos so if I get one, that is a treat but they could be mediocre. I got rid of some that were not worth it.

There are a pile of good epics I would like to get and most others have.

I have none of the namebrand champs with all the wings and other razzmatazz skills.

Still hoping to hit Gold 1, almost made it last cycle.

I can 100% guarantee you that there is not a single lego champ who you should be getting rid of. None.

The game changes tunes, but at the time there were something like 90 legos in the game, someone on utube ranked all the legos from top to bottom. My first lego I got was Bystophus, evident;ly the booby prize of legos. It was ranked 90/90 (low).  So not wanting to invest in it,  I dumped it. It sucked everywhere I saw it.

What good was keeping it in the pantry?  Was hoping for better which eventually I did get.

Plus it was more the insult of getting the absolute lowest ranked lego in the game.  What a demeaning insult!! Could not even look at it.

What would you do?  Suck it up?  Be proud of it somehow?

Bystophus is a fantastic lego. Like I said - you should not be feeding your lego champs.

Is he the best lego in the game? No. But he brings an AOE Block Active Skills, which is *very* hard to get. There are exactly 8 champs in the game who have that ability. 

I watched someone pull 8 legos out of 30 shards this weekend.  Most were junk, but super lucky pull rate.

I think I went around 12 deep this time before pulling a Sicia (which I'll gladly take).  Last time I went around 20 shards deep for a dupe.  It's a #'s game, gotta pull a lot, and usually you get a little.

Fusions are the only gauraunteed way to get lego's, focus on those.  Occasionally they have the gauraunteed champ after X amount of shards opened, those are the other good option.  Randomly pulling though, even on a 2x (or even worse, a 10x), is going to leave you dissapointed 88% or more of the time. :)

This. So much this. Prioritizing your resources around getting guaranteed champions (fusions or otherwise)  you know will improve your account can go a long way.
