The idea behind the keys as compensation for the Doom Tower bug over late last week is to help affected players catch up.

It is easy to forget that not every player checks the forum/Discord, didn't know that using a preset team was a workaround, perhaps don't find time to use all their keys every day and do both normal + hard and were affected by the bug.

Yes, they were given compensation for a bug that didn't affect them, terrible thing that is. :)

I feel like the keys being related to the Doom Tower bug is implied, but I'm also relaying it from the Discord server announcements.

And I was thinking from the text on the ingame compensation windows that it would have been compensation for the multiple server downs occuring yesterday, as problems within the game is a very broad description.

Yeah, it was a pretty lousy gift.  It should have at least been silver keys.  Or if gold keys, they should be on a 99-day deletion counter, 'cause on 6 days, they'll disappear before the next Doom Tower cycle.

I understand the sentiment, but the extra keys have given me a chance to finish both DT normal and hard this cycle so for me they were useful.

I understand most will be either end game and not need them, or early game and not be able to use them however ,but as a mid game player they have helped me.

whats worse is when your trying to help another member and they remove you from chat. I evidently gave away a secret i shouldnt have. .Now im not supposedto talk disparingly against any Devs, Admins and power figurtes. So there fore im aslave to their system and must learn to follow not only thier rules but keep the game i have found sevret from others. Now i ask any who read this are we intelligent beings or just monetary items for this game? to be used only as such, when you speak tto the forum you ?I cannot question their system. But let me spreak as a lawyer. There are rules and there are rules.. and i have found that these games do breajk their own from time to time. bevcareful with the heavy hand because some of us know the difference. My guy, if you got spam banned we have a system in place to remove that. Can ask any mod for help here or on the RSL Discord, or you can open a ticket from within the game.
