That champion roster is one of the strangest I've ever seen in Raid. Scyl (day 180 log-in reward) and Arbiter, but only 9 champs at lvl 60. Did you pull both of them from shards?

Anyway, don't bother about tag team right now, you have to bring a bunch of champs to lvl 60 before you can build 3 competitive teams here. 

Team 1:  Arbiter, Apothecary, Spider, Trunda

Team 2: Skullcrown, High Khatun, Deacon Armstrong, Ninja

Team 3 is a bit harder to built. There is a lack of really good speedboosters on the one hand, on the other hand, you don't have the classical go 2nd champns like Duchess, Seeker and Rhazin. Maybe the following go 2nd team could do some work: Vogoth, Brakus, Souldrinker, Scyl.

Scyl  i  got  from  log  in  reward  and  everything else  is  from  shards.  A  lot  of  what  you  see  there  is  food.   I'm  still  somewhat  new  and  want  to  make  sure  I'm  leveling the  right  champs  cuz  its  such  a  grind.  Thank  you  for  your  help   much  appreciated!

Aside from tag team you might also consider the follwoing set-up if you have enough speed to win the speed race

Arbiter (Speed lead) - Psylar (fastest, high accuracy) - Deacon - Trunda

Sweet  thanks!  My  speed  game  with  Arbiter  is  pretty  good.  she  usually gets  two  strikes  in  before  the  opposing team  gets  a  hit  in.  The  power  just  isn't there  yet

What's your definition of "pretty good"? Exactly how much speed does your arbiter have?
