I have a comp a friend from the clan helped me build, we decided on the champs but now all is left is to gear and put masteries.
The problem is, that friend left the clan and i cant reach him to help me finish the team.
If anyone can help me finish the team, maybe just simple guidance on what stats on who and how much will help alot.
The team is: Tyrel, fb, occult brawler, doompriest and drokgul the gant.

Would be better if you posted your full roster, to see if there are other improvements that can be made, but broadly speaking, that team looks solid. The one piece that I question is Frozen Banshee. You don't have a CA champ, so really, all she does is improves some of Occult Brawler's poisons, because her rotation would only enable her to put two poisons per cycle. You have DEF down from Tayrel, but you have no Weaken, so I think replacing FB with someone who can place Weaken would improve things considerably.

Drokgul passive has a cooldown, so it does help, but not as much as it needs to. That being said - if you can somehow make a 3:1 rotation with that comp, sure, things change, but ... I cannot see that being possible. You have no AOE speed up, and no TM boosters. How will you build a 3:1 rotation?
Assuming you can't, I think Septimus would be the best fit for that last spot. The debuff extend will help keep OB's poisons active, and he hits like a truck with his A2.

That would be my suggestion, yes.
And what about stats? Speed tune? Accuracy? Masteries?
And one last question, do you think its a good comp for unm as well?
The comp itself is fine, although without a dedicated CA champ, I don't know if you'll be able to get to two-key UNM range.
For speed tuning, use Deadwoodjedi. All of them should be around 170 speed, but you'll want to make sure that Doompriest is before whoever is taking the stun, and you probably want Drokgul to be last, so that everyone keeps the DEF up for both attacks.
For the rest of your stats - ACC should probably be around 200. Tayrel should be higher, since ATK down is essential - probably closer to 250, 300 for UNM. DEF around 3000 for NM, 3500 for UNM. HP around 45K.
Masteries will probably be red/green, except maybe for FB and OB, who might want red/blue.
