It's not really a realistic question.  People are employed to code, handle business, etc, or be a face/mouthpiece.  It's like that in government and private sector.  There is some overlap, but tt's most likely a fireable offense for some positions to speak about company business without clearance.

EDIT: or I should say to speak on behalf of the company w/o clearance.

Its the same as in politics. The more "vague" your statements are, the less you can be hold accountable to them.

This game is a Slot Machine, it is designed to part weak willed addicts from their money with a whole lot of psychological tricks used for a long time in Casinos. So whatever representative they will send to talk to the players, will always be a "car salesmen" type who lies through their teeth.

Because if they send somebody who would tell the truth then he would directly tell you that you should not waste your money on this "game" and go do something useful instead....you can imagine why they dont want that right?
