it does. too lazy to make a proper chart, but all sets across the game sell for the same amount of silver with the exception of the sets that drop from campaign, all of which are worth less. the price increases in order, so life and attack sets are tied for the least, then derense, crit rate, and accuracy, then speed, resist and lifesteal, and finally destroy and retaliation (couldn't confirm whether fury and curing are the same price or one tier higher, since i don't keep those sets). ice golem gives the lowest amount of silver because it has 6 of the lower priced sets, compared to dragon's four and fire knight's two.

I can definitely confirm that silver received from sold artifacts sets from the Ice Golem is one of the lowest of all dungeons. I am pretty sure that Carpe_Piscis is right.
