What difficulty?

On normal i just ignore tactics really and just blast the spiderlings away, but it depends what stage the account is at (i am mid game so can get away with it on normal but not hard)

On hard i cleanse and heal, its slow but more importantly it runs on auto

How far are you into the game? Cleansers are your best friend, especially a passive one like Doompriest. Pairs very nice with Scyl too to keep passively healing your team while avoiding hitting spiderlings (unless we can reliably nuke them in one hit.) Mausoleum Mage and Reliquary Tender are two other nice options for cleansers, too.
