Em, when is reset?  DOH!

Also, if you just in the past 6 to 9 hours contacted support, it's entirely reasonable that they haven't responded yet.  

Didn't get them the whole week.  And I contacted them immediately.  They responding 3 separate times a day or 2 later each time saying they were looking into it.  Then the last message was that it was a known error they were working on.  That, by the way, was after I sent a message telling them I hadn't gotten the keys all week but did get them in the new week.  It was also after the patch which FINALLY fixed the sparring pit issue which they should have fixed right away.  So goodness knows what sort of script these people are working off of, but they obviously don't communicate.  Missed a week of keys which was fine in terms of hydra not being enjoyable, but less fine in terms of my clan needed my damage.  Anyway, they never specifically addressed me not getting keys that week.

I'm sorry this happened.

Did they reset this time? Or have we not reached the new reset yet?

Sorry you haven't gotten them.  FYI reset is WEDNESDAY morning.  That's one of the things that throw me off on the OP as it was posted on a Monday I believe.  But if you didn't get them all week something is going on.

I guess I shouldn't say 'mornig' depending on where you are in the world.  But hydra resets within a 5 hour time frame on Wednesdays.  

Yes, I basically missed a week.  As I said, personally I don't care that much about it but my clan struggles to beat normal so I felt bad about that.

My original post was after reset and after giving plarium time to respond... twice.  I only posted here as a last resort as the week kept ticking but it didn't do the job obviously.
