12% chance doesn't mean if you pull 12 you have 100% chance of getting a leggo

Robbed  of  3  sacred  shards.  Stupid  christmas  elf  jingle hunter,  relic  keeper  i  was  on  my  way  to  get  anyway  save  me  some  silver  i  guess  and  alika  whos  best  looking  skill self  revive requires  her  sister  on  the  same  team.  Hope  theres  some  use  with  her  increase  skill  cooldown  on  an  all  attack  but  not  sure  if  itd  be  worth  trading  out  any  essential  personnel.  Maybe  its  wirth  waiting  for  gauranteed  champ  events.  Had  snow  this  morning  so  excited  like  it  was  2nd  christmas  and  i  got  socks,  heck  even  socks  have  uses  😩.  Forget  legos  I'd   settle  for  a  decent  epic

For the price of Sacred shards, the percentage to pull Lego is too low.  Please bump it to 25% or lower the price. 

Not sure how you were robbed? But just wanted to let you know, if I'm not mistaken and they haven't changed it, fusing Relickeeper is a quest on the way to Arbiter.  So even if you pulled him, you still need to fuse him. Don't eat the fusion champs.

Why do you pay for sacreds.  For free, the odds of a leggo is awesome!

Opening 12 sacreds in a row without a lego is somewhere around a ~20% chance, assuming you're not starting out in mercy. Unlucky, but not insane.

I bought 12 shards today, roughly 230 smackaroos.  With 4 shards already pulled in the past on my 15th shard I got wythir the crowned.

I got some realy good epics also; deacon armstrong, 3rd archak, shatterbones, giscard

I feel the same way about all the other shards that offer rare, epic, and lego; all I ever get are rares. And that would not be so bad if they were decent rares, but nooooooo, I get the C and F class rares. Sacred shards I get epics, they have quite a few crummy ones in that batch. I can't believe that plariun has a bunch of people just to make and issue junk.

BTW, there is a lot of confusion about what to expect from game "odds". Those odds do not apply to any one person or activity. Like a casino, which is what Plarium's home company is, odds are an average across a large number of players, some results may be better for some but there would then be others with lower results to meet the target average. 

I don't think there's confusion about the odds. Each shard has its static odds, which sometimes are improved upon by your mercy count and/or if there's a 2x going on. The thing is that over a small sample players are just more subject to variance. 

no way to know where I am in the mercy count, or even  if it is adhered to by Plarium, the only thing true about the 2x is that it applies to the disappointment I feel

There is a 2x sacred event. You open ONE sacred shard and other shards, that are not even affected by the 2x event, and you say you are disappointed with the outcome.

SO I pulled 12 shards yesterday but you're logic with the 2x event should I have gotten 3 or 4 leggos??

pretty happy with wythir. I don't have the best luck most of the time but when i do get a leggo its a beast.
