Nope, i have a ticket on gamivo support since 12/24 and i didnt have any response except for "we are waiting for a response from the organizer" wich in my opinion its just delaying things so you dont receive any code. Also talked to Plarium support and they said that if im not receiving the code its because i probably did something wrong (which isnt true and they didnt even check my account).

If we dont start making noise to the support they will not do anything until the tickets are considered closed. Pretty sure we got scammed this time

I know they aren't trying to scam you, and that Plarium uses a third party organizer to work with Twitch streamers and YTers. It just slows things down a touch sometimes.

Opening a ticket with support is the way to go if something happens. If your ticket is closed without it being resolved, DM me and I'll see what I can do to help. :)
