I don't know every champ off the top of my head, but you can use achak to freeze all of the spiderlings. One of your def down champs, septi and coldheart for big hits and armiger for turnmeter control? 

Could use a debuff spreader and ninja for his hp burn. Thylessia could technically do the spread but hers is contingent upon placing her hex which you can't do until you def down. So it could be painful. 

Before lvl ~ 18 you don't need the burn tactic. The easiest way is just to hold the turnmeter down and kill the big one with strong hits on lower levels. Tayrel, Armiger and Coldheart can reduce the spiders turnmeter, Apo for speed and heal.

I suggest to start buying Drexthar fragments in the tag arena basar as soon as possible. In high lvl spider hp burn on all Spiderlings is a very good way to win. Drexthar is the man vs. Spider 20. He has weak affinity there, what is, exeption of other parts of the game, very good in this case. If he is the only one with weak affininity (what should be the case), all Spiderlings will attack him and get hp burn from his passive. You just need some healers to keep him alive and turnmeter reduce, so the big Spider never gets a turn an can't heal.

Septimus will give spider a big smack if built right, i would pair that with coldheart for another big smack - i had apoth in my team all the way up to 19 as his turn meter and spot heals helped.
