Here's the identical team, except swapping out Rhaz for Master Butcher to complete that stupid "use a rare champ on CB" advanced quest:

The *only* difference between the two teams is that the first one is running Rhazin, while the second is running MB. MB has a faster speed than CB, so he goes first, everyone else goes second.

Why does CB use his speed down move on turn 1 in the second image?
