One of my clan members also gets this;

my main acount 4keys NM and I get the double chest.

My second account 2keys Brutal, 1keys Hard and normal and I also get all the chests.

Its quite unbelievable how bad their support is given how much money they make

Yep. Having the same problem.

All of yesterday and so far today my scores aren't showing, and several clan members too, by the looks of it.

All of mine were on UNM, so missed the top chest this morning.

I raised a ticket and have had acknowledgement from the team. No outcome yet though.

I've just seen the announcement in discord, that they are aware of this and working on a fix

3 days no cb chests. They broke and fixed geomancer faster than this but that was costing them money. The rewards better be good not that garbage of a blue shard and some gems.
