q: tormin freeze

So noticed his freeze has been going through block debuff buffs recently as well as immunity sets. Was this always the case or is this some weird bug?

Two examples:

Example 1: Man eater puts up ancient blood - UK+BDB, then arbiter goes with MoH for ATK+TM fill, Tormin freezes right through the BDB.

Example 2: Battlesage in immunity set, arbiter goes with MoH, Battlesage gets frozen through the set somehow

Working as intended or bugged?

That sounds like a bug - though in the first example, given that ME puts the UK before BDB, Tormin freeze can and does happen quite often at that moment. But if you're sure the freeze only happens afterwards on Arbiter's turn on champions who already have the BDB, then yeah, that's a bug.

Like L9753 pointed out, Tormin can freeze mid buff sequence. So if the first one isn't block debuffs chances are the freeze can make it through.
