My best speed is 190, and I do get beat maybe 33% of the time, so most likely for others 250+ is very possible.

Your nuker doesn't need to be that fast if you are running double speed boosters. I would suggest you go with HK lead, Apoth, Elhain, and someone like Warmaiden. That'll allow you to keep your Elhain and Warmaiden at around 170 speed and be fine. You can use the arena speed tuner to get the specific speeds you need.

All of those speeds are way to slow, late gold to plat arena are mostly pushing speed leads of 300+

im in gold 4 and my speed lead is 240, and thats still way too slow.

I would think with all the "new added segments" to the arena 250 speed on a hk and proper tuning ie defense down followed by nukes will ride you into at least G2 . I don't even know anymore and don't care, arena is pretty easy now and now I can focus on better parts of the game and still fill out my great hall at a bearable pace.

Even when hitting pages of real players my team steam rolls 7/10 teams on the page on auto now. I have 293 speed on my lead though so now that the waters have settled I can go first almost always in lower G4.

you are doing fine, keep farming the Dungeons (Dragon`s lair to be specific) and you will get faster with your Elhain eventually, the Nuker shoulnt be too fast , they should Nuke, thats their job, so its about how much ATK and C.Damage you have on them assuming you have them 100 C.rate.

Plaese dont spread false Information in the forum, Speed leader should be fast , but Nuker shouldnt be, The Nuker should be in Sync with the whole team , we call that Speed Tune in Arena.

It's true HH and ash are pushing speeds in plat. Most of us aren't in plat.

190 speed is fine for where you are up to with the game.  Don't worry about pushing speed to 300 yet.  Focus on progressing in dungeons to start to farm better gear

Jacobs is correct. My Arbiter is 306 speed, and I would say if I go up against another Arbiter team it's mostly a coinflip.

I Read your Post and still find your informations are missleading, you are obviously way far from Plat with your 240 speed lead, so you dont know what is happening in Plat Arena. 

THE NUKERS IN TOP PLAT ARENA ARE BETWEEN 200-230 SPEED, with exceptions to some specific players who I won`t mention now. 

Now clearly the more advanced the players become the faster their whole average speed on their Champs will be, considering the RNG involved in getting good gear after farming a lot or buying gear packs. 

Your Post shows lack of understading to the END-Game.

Yeah you're right, I do have a while to go till plat, but you act like nobody talks to each other in the game.

my clan leaders Arbiter runs at 340 speed, and he does not win the race anywhere as much as he would like and thats in high end gold 4.

You don't have to be in platinum to understand how "End Game" works, thats just down to weather you have been lucky with you're Champ and gear pulls.

I am fully aware that 240 spead lead is not fast enough, so I dont try to win the race. I have a handfull of missons b4 getting Arbiter, when I do I will be working towards speed.

 plus I run a high HP Vogoth in Gaurdian + Imortal set, nukes bearly scratch my team.

And anyway speed won't necessarily be the meta forever anyway

Stop  telling  Silver  Arena  Players  that  their  Nukers  with  181  Speed  are  to  slow.

Lastly,  The  screenshot  you  posted  doesn't  help  your  case.

I  believe  you  said  the  team  in  the  Speed  Calculator  was  your  Clan  Leader  team.

Your  Clan  Leader  team  isn't  very  good  at  Arena.

1st  -  Arbiter  should  always  have  Lore  of  Steel.

2nd  -  Prince  Kymar  should  be  doing  the  A2  move  (Buff  Strip  +  Sleep)

3rd  -  Krisk  has  no  business being  in  that  Arena  Set  up.

4th  -  You  should  add  a  Defense Down  Champion.

5th  -  Trunda  is  way  to  fast  -  She  needs  to  lose  20-30  speed.

6th  -  You  don't want  your  team  fully  Speed  tune  when  running  Kymar.

The  fight  should  play  out  the  following way:

1st  move:  Arbiter  --------->  TM  Fill  +  Inc.  Atk

2nd  move:  Kymar  -------->  AOE  Buff  Strip  +  AOE  Sleep

3rd  move:  Enemy  Hero  -->  Wakes  up  from  Sleep

4th  move:  Enemy  Hero  -->  Wakes  up  from  Sleep

5th  move:  Enemy  Hero  -->  Wakes  up  from  Sleep

6th  move:  Enemy  Hero  -->  Wakes  up  from  Sleep

7th  move:  ???  ------------>  AOE  Def  Down

8th  move:  Trunda  -------->  AOE  Nuke

By  allowing  the  enemy  to  move  in  between  Kymar  +  your  Def  Down  Hero,  you  deactivate the  enemy  teams  Reaction  Accessories.

Yup. My new arena team is Arbiter, Kymar, Serris, [Nuker]. Works *far* better than running a double nuker. You actually want your nuker to be *slow*, so that the entire enemy team wakes up before their turn. That lets you essentially get two full rounds of nukes, because your Arbiter then hits her revive move to speed boost your Kymar into his reset, and then your Serris gets to strip anything resisted and you get to nuke again.

It's  ok  -  Your  a  beginner.

Beginners  are  allowed  to  make  mistakes.

You  want  your  High  Khatun  in  the  fastest gear  you  own.

You  want  High  Khatun  crazy  fast.

Look  at  every  gear  Piece  you  own.

Search  for  Speed  in  substats.

Look  for  the  gear  pieces  which  have  the  Best  Speed  Rolls.

Ideally,  you  want  the  gear  to  be  Speed  gear  with  Speed  rolls.

You  also  want  6  Star  Speed  Boots

Yes. I agree. Unfortunately,  my only speed boots are 1-2 * or my lifesteal, which would be better on elhain.

Farm 6-3 on the highest difficulty you can for preferably 5 star speed boots. If you are doing lifesteal boots to as you said on your elhain you can farm those in campaign as well.
