1) Well over 350 I have heard/seen in this forum.
2) Yes, aura lives on.
3) game only puts certain stats on certain positions. Just like there are no % stats on weapon, helmet, shield.

2. I actually don't know for sure the answer to that question. I would assume yes.
3. Because crit boots don't exist, unless you mean as a substat.
4. I assume that multi-hit A1's count the same way as AOE A1's, and will not reduce each target by 20%. Though again, not sure on this one.
737.25 is the highest effective speed you can reach, using lady kimi with either skartorsis or rae as the leader in dungeons. three or more of your champions will need to be dead, lady kimi needs to have killed at least three champions, have four or more active debuffs placed, and have a 30% speed buff on her.

answer - game designer choice, no logic behind it besides that boots are used to run with and gloves to hit with

speed sub total 30 x 6 = 180
max glyph roll = 8 x6 = 48
speed set x3+ lore of steel = 110 x .12 (x1.15)x3 = 45.54
