Hello,2 ideas which are what they are:

1st: create tokens, like for craft forge, which allow you to choose which sub stats are to be mounted on the item as a priority, after you see which% is to be applied.

2nd: create tokens, blah, which reduce the probability of having the minimum on the installation of a GLYPHE, just to reduce the probability of doing: 2 on a 6 stars glyph and the% la also for you to see.
