game stability

What is going on? The game keeps locking up randomly and then comes up with a re-login message. And by randomly I do mean that, it locks up when trying to upgrade artifacts, it locks up when trying to upgrade a champion, it locks up when completeing an arena fight, it locks up blah blah blah. And when I attempt to close the game and re login it takes forever to get it going again. Like right now. I have cleared the cache multiple times and still no login. And before you say well you have a connection problem, guess how I am putting up this post right now.

Are you on PC? If so, I'm having the same issues.

Hi guys, are you still having these issues? I'm just playing on Plarium Play and all seems fine on my end. If your issues persist, make sure to try some basic troubleshooting first - clear app cache, re-install Plarium Play, check your connection. In some cases, a local ISP or a DNS issue can cause these problems. Best way to find if that's the case is use a VPN.

I'm having the same problem the game is borderline unplayable. Takes more than 10 tries to log in. Once in doing everything even accepting quest rewards takes well over 1 minute and re login is prompt or connection error. I've tried 2 different internet connections and 4g but still does not work.

I've done it all. I cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled on my HDD and it won't connect so I brought it back to my SSD and it will connect but it lags like crazy.

I've had the same issue for the past week or so, and a VPN has 100% fixed it.  It's definately related to the server you are trying to connect, or the route your ISP is going to that server.

My recommendation is to just use a VPN for now

right, first Plarium insinct is to blame the user.

I have had this problem on and off, where everything will be running just fine and then either my arena locks up or some other effort involving upgrading.  Having tried all of the above that others have tried it just seems to take waiting as the answer. Resorting to Support is useless, all they do is fire back a bunch of links for you to look at showing that they never even read your question, but picked up on key words and used them to generate their links.  Basically I always have to reply back that they are dumb stupid idiots and then they read my question and get more serious.
