Don't use void shards unless it's a 2x void weekend? Don't use any shards unless it's a 2x weekend for that type?

Void shards are identical to ancient, with the sole difference being the pool of champions to summon from is smaller and, generally, superior. You are no more likely to get an epic or legendary from a void shard than you are from an ancient one.

On a normal day, void shards have a 0.5% chance for a legendary and an 8% chance for an epic. The probability of pulling a rare is 91.5%. Therefore the probability that you get neither an epic nor a legendary from 20 summons is (0.915)^20 = 17%. Just chalk it up to bad luck and save your shards for the 2x weekends.

I agree but too be fair there are far too many useless void epics and rares considering their relative difficulty to accumulate.

I do hope you understand that even though it is a 10X event, the probability is still very, very low. You have a 0.5% chance of pulling a legendary using a void shard. There are 30 void legendaries in total. Your chance of getting Raglin is (10x + 29x) = 1, x = 0.0256, Raglin = 10x = 25.64%. So when you pull a legendary, you have roughly 25% chance of getting Raglin, which means your overall chance per void shard is 0.13%. Put another way, to have a coin-flip chance of pulling Raglin, you would need Ln (0.5) / Ln (0.9987) = 532 void shards.

What im  more  upset  about is  in  2  yrs  with  the  base  amount  of  viod  shard(30)  plus  event  shards  over  the  years  plus  what  ive  paid  for  ive  never  pulled  a  legendary and  sll  but  20  have  been  ysed  during viod events

I don't know how many void shards you've collected over your two years of playing. Personally, I have been playing for about a year, and in that time, I have a single non-free void Legendary. Having none in two years doesn't really seem that unlikely based off of that.

Close  to  200  shards  probably

So, assuming you used those on normal days, the probability of drawing a lego from 200 shards is 1 - (0.995)^200 ~= 63%. That's certainly high, yes, but far from guaranteed.
