It deoends on your level in the game, if you are beginner till mid game i would say she worth lvl 50, she can help you in progression, I wouldnt recommend taking her to lvl 60 though.

Don't waste epic books on a champ like Adriel. Skillbooks are a very rare resource in this game and Adriel is not really good for an epic.
