Can you please provide a screenshot i'll try to ask the CMs. Meanwhile it might depend on the clan points in the last CvC the match could be more even than it seems. Please let us know how hard is this battle compared to your previous, also how many points did your clan get last CVC ? 

I have the same question.  My clan was matched against a clan 61million power stronger.  

They only compete during personal reward CvsC.  Thus, ensuring they're matched against a significantly weaker clan.  

I feel this is something that should be considered as potential changing of the system. 

I attempted dialog on the Raid Discord Server and was belittled and insulted.  Direct comment "what are you?" I was also told I should expect to be insulted in a public forum.  

How do you know they only compete during personal rewards?

My clan is like 0 for 5 since I have been in it.

As with alot of the game I mostly ignore it and take whatever free stuff comes my way.

We won the first 5 cycles since I joined, but lost the last 2.  All we really push for are the top milestone.  Remember when those 2 french clans played.  The losers scored like 35 million.  And we got better rewards than they did with around 6 million; same milestones plus winner's accessories and personel rewards.  I really don't see the point of pushing for the win especially if you are going to skip the top milestones every other cycle.  2 cycles of top clan milestones (losing) is better than 1 cycle of clan milestones plus personal.

Seems like the majority of higher tiered clans save their resources for personal rewards and just try to hit the minimum rewards in between.  It's the smart strategy and since most do it, they get matched approprotiately against another clan that also goes easy every other cvc.

Seems to start at somewhere in the medium tiers now. Pretty consistent I think for most clans/clusters at this point, too. 

Well yeah we just get top milestone when no personal, and only push when personal.  But I was just taking sassi's comment to mean they just didn't compete at all on the off cycle.
