Hi
Playing for a while now and are have the luck to do a budget CB team. i have maneater and painkeeper leveled with all masteries. Would need advice on which three champs to choose and who i need to tune and/or level up for maximum damage, which ones should i focus on and which roles should they have if i got it right i need two dps champs which are faster and one that is the slowest? Any CB expert out there?

Maneater and Painkeeper form the core of an unkillable CB team. See Budget Maneater (deadwoodjedi.com) for example.
With respect to which champs to put on that team along with those two - go with your hardest hitting champs. Without knowing the gear on your champs it'd be hard to tell specifically, but I expect Rhazin, Septimus, and something with poison would work well.

Going with rhazin/septimus/maneater/Painkeeper and kael as slow boy. speeds are there accorinng to the leveles they should be. dont get why it does not work, any help is appreciated

Need help with tunning something is really wrong but its a budget maneater speed tunning comp. so speads are ok but maybe not the hp/dep stuff?
