Buff Norma the return
Many of us would like to see a buff to the A1 to make it increase all debuff on the target just like Warlord, septimus and vizir. I believe Norma will have much play if you do that

Honestly, that would pretty much make her straight up better than Vizier. The only real reason to use Vizier anywhere is his A1, but his other two skills are fairly lackluster. If Narma had the same ability on her A1 (albeit less likely to proc since only one attack), but also the incredible A3 and fairly strong A2 she has - I would just never use Vizier.

Agree with kram, Narma has 3 really good skills, I would not expect a buff. Very useful in dragon, golem and certain doomtower boss stages.

She's pretty good as she is I think. There's a lot of other champions that i'd buff before her
