Plarium gone did it flobed it up

Shameless, abhorrent and absolutely greedy.

Those are the words used to describe the Champion Training Event milestone for the current fusion.

The milestone? 12750 points. for perspective upgrading to 6* and leveling to 60, gives only 772 points. And unless you get those points, well you are not fusing.

I am starting to lose hope anyone in Plarium HQ has a singular brain cell. Because this is a fucking insult to the community and there is no other way to put it.

The number is higher than in previous fusions, but then again it also lasts longer, you have 7 days to reach it while normally its 4 or 5 days for a champion training. So not really seeing the problem here - yes, it's a hard grind, but it always is, and at least in this fusion you don't need to farm ascension potions as well.

^^^ This.  The easiest points are from grinding 20s and 30s for chickens, not making 60s.  It's simple math.

In my opinion, it is not how long the champion training event is. It is the amount of resources needed. 12k points is a lot to an average player.

Its doable - if you have been hoarding energy

Of course that is just one event and you cant skip any of the events at all

Not in gold or high silver? - arena is a problem for you and will stop the fusion

Not got thousands of mystery shards?- better hope you have a lot of ancients or it will stop the fusion.

And there are two shard pulling events!

I personally took the decision not to do the fusion and to go for the 10x event as bad el is a champ i wanted, but if i had been doing nothing but hoarding for two weeks if i am totally honest i might have had a chance at it, of course you could end up using all your hoarded resources and fail .... which is where people reach for the credit card.

I think if end game it is considerably more viable to go for this as ftp than if early or midgame

Midgame (and i would say im midgame) it is possible but very tough and you still may end up needing purchases, which is of course the intention

you shouldn't have to GRIND for 7 days just on ONE event to get Fragments when they are also expecting you to GRING numerous OTHER Tournements and Events in that same time...

Not really defending it, i think the resources and cost of everything in the game is absurd especially when the game is so shallow and i really dont know why i still play :)

But it is possible to do as ftp, if you basically hoard resources for weeks beforehand then decide to have no life for a week or two while you do the time consiming events

Exactly, the game is too grindy by far and if you think about it you might well come to the conclusion that    a big MMORPG like say Guild Wars 2 or even an off-line AAA title like say 2077 or Skyrim would be a whole lot more entertaining than endless repetitive runs of 12.3 brutal or dragon 20.

And yes, i will not slam the door on my way out.

With how much this game cost to actually be "competitive", I'd say save up and buy a switch for your on the go gaming.
