Iragoth, the new dragon boss in the Doom Tower can get his skills put on cooldown (not using the block cooldown skills debuff, but with abilities that instantly put the targets skills on cooldown or increase the cooldown).

Without accounting for other champs that can put skills on cooldown or increase skill cooldowns and from the perspective of already having both of these champs fully maxed out, which of them do you believe would perform better in high level (hard mode) Iragoth battles; in terms of surviving, putting Iragoth's skills on cooldown, dealing damage, and benefitting the team otherwise?
