bad luck at casino

It is a casino and PTW, but you can improve your odds a bit by hoarding the shards for events, never open them outside a 2x or 10x event. If you can get to nightmare cb (which can be done with rare champs) then you can get some extra shards that way as well, ive picked up 3 void and 5 ancients from cb chests in the last 2 days.

Maybe try keeping your shards instead of pulling them daily. The best moments to open shards are every other week when there's a x2 in a different and rotating type of shards. If you want good heroes (epics and legendaries) these are the best times to get them since you have double chances

I tend to think I'm blacklisted, today I bought 7 blue shards, not epic not legendary, to be able to abolish I need stronger heroes I still try but nothing, in 2 years 3 legendary of which 2 in daily logs, I think that the game becomes a bad joke 

The odds mean that even with double events you need to be pulling far more than that to have a decent chance (though you might get lucky)- definitely hoard them until you have a 2x event and a decent number.

You still need luck, i pulled 48 in todays 2x and got absoloutely nothing worth levelling... 

You arent blacklisted, you just need to be either lucky, or spending money, or willing to wait a long time-  or at endgame where you are getting the top chests from clan boss etc.

what's the point of receiving good heroes at the end of the game? to receive at least once every 6 months a top hero like maneater, mm, etc. you want to play, but 2 years is not enough time expected? 

The point is they want you to spend a lot of money to accelerate the process

You can get up to a certain point with completely farmable champions by the way, diabolist, warmaiden, kael, spirit host, berserker, shieldguard, valerie and a few i have probably forgotten are all usable champions, heck even sister militant (a common) works if geared well up to a point

But the idea is to get you to spend money.

I put in about 200 euros collected today 10 euros for 7 blue shards I can't afford to invest all the time ,thanks though for the involvement a game still enjoyable, I will try a little more if nothing good falls I can evolve delete the game
