Can there be a tie?
SO lets say that in arena, 1 champion on each team are left, and both have 1 hp. 1 has reflect damage, the other is attacking. Will this be a tie?

theoretically damage can't be reflected until it's taken, so the attacker would live slightly longer?

Well, there was some faction war where I had it on auto and I came back 2 hours later and my guys were still wailing away on someone with an unkillable buff. I was considering just leaving the battle running to see if there was a timeout feature although I suspect that would hand me the loss. In terms of your scenerio though, I'm sure someone has tested it. I'd assume that the attacker would win for the reason that chrisSchris mentioned.
