Only way is to make a new account with new email address.
Then just forget about the old one.
You are allowed more than one account.

jast asking, why new account? So you have some game knowledge from the first account, but all the same pitfalls and hardships await you as the first time around. Are you going to have more silver? Will you get better shard pulls? Hopefully you will judge better what champs to keep or not. Will you be better at building teams with synergy?
