Does the Retribution mastery, or champion ally attack skill count as a turn in a unkillable comp? 

I am wondering if these are okay for one type of UK team, versus another. My guess is they are okay.

I have a Roshcard the Tower and Bushi UK UNM team. I would like to add the retribution mastery on RT and Bushi to help with damage, but am concerned it will count as a turn and mess with their timing.

Also, I recently pulled a Fahrakin the Fat and want to add him to my team, but want to make sure his ally attack will be okay as well. I know there are other ally attack champs on UK teams, but again wondering if they work on any UK team, or just certain ones.
