Never ever had an issue with this before, using sep sentinel with longbeard+skullcrusher so i have many MANY chances to have this land. Its a 60% chance to land and all of a sudden over the last few days its not landing for sometimes up to 6 attacks in a row.
Call me paranoid but this doesn't seem right at all and its stranger as it never used to happen i can accept 2 even 3 but 6? thats beyond rng
Are you sure it is just missing the atk down? you could also be getting resisted. unfortunately it's just rng at the end of the day.
na its not resisting at all, just missing. seems bizzare though for it to be missing this much. oh well nothing i can do just checking its not some random bug thats popped up

Definitely not a random bug, unfortunately that's just some bad luck on a run. At least nowadays if a run is going poorly due to bad rng you can stop the run without losing a key.
hmm true i never do that myself though, perhaps i should try. The only other annoying thing with clan boss mechanics atm is my skullcrusher with his 30 accuracy and his heal reduction has i swear to god an 80% apply rate and u get others in my team over 200 and multiple resists..this seems, wrong
