Chance rating NEEDS upgrading
Spent over 600k to TRY to upgrade from 12% all the way up to 13%. Tried. Gave up when I ran out of cash. 13k per chance. You do the math. Must be this new common core crap.
Certain=certain. After "certain" have fun trying to upgrade.
High= 80% chance. Maybe
Medium=20-40%. Very generous percentage.
Low= yeah right. As if there's ANY chance, it MIGHT be as high as .05% chance.
Prove me wrong. I dare ya.
