We had one only two weeks ago, so if they stick with the rotation they've developed lately, I would expect it four weeks from now. If not, maybe even later, but it's unlikely to be sooner. 

If you don't have a lot of epics yet and the next 10x event has a great (non-void) epic among the boosted champions, it could be worthwhile going for that already. A high chance at a specific great epic may be better than an increased chance at a random legendary, who could be quite bad (or just very situational, so useful for endgame players but not so much for early players who need versatile champs). 

Thats a pretty good point Ive got to consider it..besides 4 weeks ill have another 2 sacred shards by then id imagine.

Is the 10×event soon? I see the 2x void right now it helped me get coldheart..

Actually, the 2x Void event LOWERED you chance of getting Coldheart, because she is a Rare, and Rare pull chance was lowered in favour of Epic and Legendary chances.😋
