Nop,
Razin was available for fusion quite some time ago.
Once you fuse it, it disappears from fusion.

It's this chap (not Rhazin lol) - confirmed on Youtube as a force champion
His 1 month fusion will be the gap filler between Season 1 and Season 2
He will be an easier fusion using old epics, probably like Cillian

You can look him up in the index.
Impossible to say if he is worth anything.
I really dont like his A2 only provokes one enemy. seems useless on waves and against bosses.
Guess he is most useful for unknown furture content like Cillian.

Just an update and give other players idea. I have spent around 2000 gems on this fusion. Just waiting for the spirit keep to open to ascend the last Drake then I'm done.
This fusion is very doable as long as you have gems for farming and leveling up foods. I personally like this kind of fusion unlike past fusions where you need to buy ancient shards, summon, get certain amount of pts just for 1 rare fusion food or get the 1 epic but with 25,000pts in just few days.
