I tried to find any patch notes which would explain this, but as far as I know Athel used to have A3 on 4 turn cooldown with 3 turns on lv.2.

Now it is 5 with the reduction to 4 (lv.2)

I checked online guides on her and everywhere is written Higher Blessing (Cooldown: 4 turns).

I thought it was a mistake that the move itself (adds one more turn) reduces itself by one, so I checked other champions, but they are as before e.g.  Fleshmonger A2: Fresh Meat (Cooldown: 5 turns) in the guides and the game is the same.

Any idea how it got to 5 turns? did I miss an update or something?
