This is probably the most vague challenge with an even worse description. I think it worked yesterday. What I think you need to do is win two different TYPES (weapon, boots, helmet, ...) of artifacts from campaign from each set. That is two life weapons counts as 1 for Life. You need to win a different Life Artifact. I believe difficulty is irrelevant. It has been suggested to do in chapter order, then repeat for a DIFFERENT artifact type. I do not know if chapter order is important. I do not know if getting 1 from each set then going through again is the only way to do it. But I suggest trying that.

I’ve been at 13/14 for 3 days now! I don’t understand how to get the 4th. I’ve done the ice Gollum at least like 30 times... don’t know how to beat this one!

I am at 10/14 .... I tried campaigns, Gollum, but still nothing ....

What is not clear from the description is that the game requires you to do them in a specific order:
Get 1x Life = 1/14
Get 1x Offense = 2/14
Get 1x Defense = 3/14
Get 1x Crit = 4/14
Get 1x Accuracy = 5/14
Get 1x Speed = 6/14
Get 1x Resist = 7/14
Then repeat:
Get 1x Life = 8/14
Get 1x Offense = 9/14
Get 1x Defense = 10/14
Get 1x Crit = 11/14
Get 1x Accuracy = 12/14
Get 1x Speed = 13/14
Get 1x Resist = 14/14
... and done.
The order is very important, but also means that you can easily find what you need next.
If you are at 13/14, all you need is 1x Resist from campaign (can even be normal campaign) and you are done.

Not true.
I got a life shield then life boots,
then ofense shield then offense boots,
