... got a Queen Eva after opening 5 shards.

so i think my luck is enough for the next time......had 15 shards left vor valk ....this time nothing but i never expectef anything :-)

So I am still debating whether to go for Valk or save Ancient/Sacred shards for 2x event.  Lots of variables to consider.

Let's start with the Math. By EOD I will have 30 Ancient, 17 Void, 4 Sacred Shards.  

1st we calculate the chance of getting at least 1 legendary for opening NOW or 2XE:

NOW: 1 - (.995^30)*(.94^4) = 32.8%

2XE: 1- (.99^30)*(.88^4)= 56.6%

Next we calculate chance of getting Valk, I have no idea how many legos exist so I assume between 50 & 100 to get a range:

NOW: 3.3% to 6.5% 

2XE: 0.6% to 1.1%

Next estimate how many Epics pulled, we will use EV for simplification of analysis:

NOW: 5 Epics

2XE: 10 Epics

Other considerations:

• I have no Epic Books, I have 12 legendary books
• Summon event will give me some additional NOW bonuses (will look at shortly: x5 Brew, 125 Energy, Interceptor, x10 Brew, 250k silver, 200 Energy, XP boost, Epic Book, 300 Energy)
• I have roughly enough food to 6* two heroes
• My main need is to improve my Spider team
• How Valk fits my roster compared to other Legos (this is tough to quantify of course)
• I lack patience and really want to open these :)

I'm going to pause, eat lunch, and come back to this. I know you all are waiting with baited breath...

My summary is:

• Basically, I have a small chance of getting Valk if I open now compared with basically zero chance if I wait.
• The bonus items from the Summon event are nice, but nothing great there for me
• I'll obviously get more epics (roughly 2x) if I wait, and am more likely to get at least 1 legendary (and obviously have a chance at 2 or more)
• Valk obviously improves my team, as she is better than anyone I have.  But other legos will help me too.
• Extra Epics are great, just for the chance to get a really good one that can help in Spider
• But I don't have books for another Epic right now
• I still lack patience

Overall, it probably comes down to whether or not what I pull gets me 1 step closer to a Spider team. I think Valk certainly does that, but waiting probably makes more sense. I've got another day to decide. Maybe I'll just open 10 Ancient for fun.

• I still have not pulled a legendary, LOL

But.... after going 0 for 30 on ancient, and 0 for my 1st 3 Sacred. I pulled on my last Sacred...

How do you have him geared and what masteries? I really only need him for Spider, though I'm sure I'll use to speed up other Dungeon runs and he has to fit in my defensive arena approach. I know I put wrong gear on him for now, but wanted to test him out so was willing to sacrifice some silver.  I did some searches and most results are more end gamish so they have much better gear and GH boosts than I.  What minimum requirements would you say I need for ACC/Speed/HP/CR/CD.  Do I need to worry about RES at all for him? Guessing an ACC banner is my goal, ugh that could take forever. Sucks I have legendary books but no Epic books.
