I summoned 12 sacred shards when it was x2 event and in the middle of it all the server went down... I know.. Can't belive it, right? Well, either way.. I lost all my shards and my heroes when I loged in again. And have made 4 tickets about it and they just keep on ignoring me..
Okey, did see some other people on reddit that got the same problem.. But to make you wait for weeks and weeks to fix this is just messed up.
Which were your ticket numbers? Have you already talked to a moderator or just waited for a reply to your tickets?
Btw shards or champions don't "disappear", they just go to your inventory.How do I see my ticket number? I've just done it online because it doesn't work in game.
And btw, apparently they do, because my heroes and shards are gone? If you haven't noticed, nothing is really working with this game right now.
Also I've read at least 4-5 other that have the same problem within the guild cluster and on reddit so it seams like it more people then me.

Look at your email, there's a number... that's the ticket number.How do I see my ticket number? I've just done it online because it doesn't work in game.
