Tormin passive update in latest patch equals mastery gem spend refund

Hi

As per subject, I kindly request the refund of several thousand gems spent on altering masteries on myriad heroes to deal with Tormin’s passive attack; which you’ve now changed meaning I didn’t need to spend those gems in the first place.

150 gems to change masteries on at least 20 heroes is at least 3000 gems refund please. Happy for you to check the logs to work out my exact gem spend.

Many thanks in advance for your continued cooperation.

I'm sorry what is not possible?

Plarium checking the game logs to confirm my unnecessary gem spend or that Plarium isn't willing to compensate for their click bait change?

You can't get a refund because you spent gems for masteries against Tormin and Plarium announced his nerf when his fusion was still available. Then, it's your fault investing on a thing they announced that would have changed. Same thing for uk teams.

There was a suggestion of a nerf not a definitive statement of nerf I think you'll find.

Hence the multiple threads and discord chats about Tormin; seeking majority opinion it seems rather than making abrupt statements.

Please quote and date stamp these Plarium advices of nerf.

Tormin's nerf has been announced when they closed the discussion on discord and they said it would have been in 1.13.

Per the posts by Cirilla on 17th and 18th December, the nerfing was under review and not defined. It was to be left to the developers to resolve in this latest patch.

So whilst there was discussion of nerfing during the fusion of Tormin, it hadn't yet been decided what was going to be nerfed.

So please return my spent gems.

Thanks.

Lol you are funny dude! the nerf was made because everyone complain about tormin being OP in Arena, and the Devs head that complain and try to balance things a little, (and i say a little because as far as i can tell Tormins abilities still work as they should, but not on the beginning of the battle and with gear that triggers his abilities.... so guess your countermeasures still work?)

But anyway, you can't ask for a refund because you spend your gems in trying to counter him when he was a PITA. I suggest you use a Cristal ball to see the future and not invest in things that later will be change by global claims.
