I've lost track at this point but Quinn has probably missed on harima at least 10 times during 10x or better when hitting gold, including going 38 deep on sacreds (which lead to a Harvest Jack) and opening getting at least 4 legendaries during an Ancient 10x (or better, can't remember) on Harima and missing

I pulled 9 legendaries that event while not getting Harima, not four.

While going for Harima and not getting her I've gotten SeptIVmus four times for the useless champ goodness.

The pulling to 38 for a Harvest Jack was the worst part haha

This sounds a lot like my relationship with Duchess.  I have a clan mate who pulls Duchess left & right.  He has three built and one of them is a plus, plus something or other....I can't seem to pull a Duchess at all.  It's like she is not in the pool of available toons for my account.   

I pull shards for Duchess every time she is boosted, and I have no idea how many shards over the years and how many times I have been jilted by resetting mercy with something useless instead....   

A few years ago, I read something about Raid or heard this on a CC video (can't remember the source) that the toons that are predisposed to populate your account are determined right at the outset of account creation.  I am not saying that you can't pull a boosted toon during a 10X/15X/20X event, but that pulls are not completely random and that certain toons are more likely to populate your account than others.  Whatever this source was posited that this was due to how the game was coded.  No idea if there is any merit to it or not.      

Sounds like pretty typical tinfoil hat stuff.  But your Duchess is my Kymar.  Simple fact is there are so many champs now the odds are never in your favor for a specific one.

While I agree that it sounds suspicioaly like some sort of conspiracy theory, I'd guess that even if it was true, you Mods would be in on the conspiracy and would never let on the truth anyway.
