I've started playing on my PC account 9 days ago too, and I've already finished all campaign on normal 3 stars. I was using Ragemonger which is very good, and Warpriest to heal and atk bonus.

It looks like this

Also Ragemonger is very good on clan boss too, becouse of poison debuf and burn HP. He is very well at arena AoE attack x2 with poison debuf, and continous heal if crit hit.

So I suggest you to evolve him in first step.

For the moment i can say you this. 

Attack champions need focus on Attack/Crite rate and Damage and speed (if this champions can place debuff so must must take in consideration Acc).

Def champions on Def/Crite rate and Damage and Speed (hp is quite good too) - (read a lot what his skill do)

For campaign you must need Lifesteal set (is the best)

I would try to get warmaiden from stage 9, she has a great aoe attack that can reduce oppents defense by 60%

try to focus on getting the ones you have/like to 5* and try to get gear frm dungeons since they are always rare, epic, or even legendary so they will have much better substats.

also try looking up some clips on youtube, chofly mobile and stew gaming have some really helpfull videos for early game

elhain 5star 4ascend - galek 4star 4ascend - mother superior 4star 2ascend - spirithost 4star 1ascend - valerie 4star - warpriest 4star 3ascend - 4star skullsworn 

this one are lv1 3star 

ragemonger - doomscreech - hill nomad - metalshaper - bloodpainter - elder - gladiator - grandmaster - graybeard - guardian - hurier - penitent - rocktooth - skink - theurgist 

epic hero: shaman and necro hunter (4 star, 0 ascend)

Can you help me to create a good group of hero for campaign / dungeons / arena / boss ??

About the equip, im trying to use the best i have but any tips are welcome

• Elhain only with Lifesteal Gear + Defense Gear or Attack Gear
  

Arena:

• Leader: SpiritHost - Speed Aura 10%
  
• 1st move: Doomscreech - Turn Meter Fill
• 2nd move: SpiritHost - Increase Attack 50%
• 3rd move: Elhain - AOE 
• 4th move: Gladiators - AOE

• Mother Superior: Healing & Shielding
• Rage Monger: Poison & HP Burn
