Just to say hats off to Plarium, this is a really good event and so much better than a normal guaranteed legendary event. :)
Aside from the extra rewards and extra epic in the calculations, the additional bonus is that it's running alongside 3 different 10x events. Normally I ignore those, but it's great that I can now try to get a UDK on Wednesday while also getting Kaja the Wry. :)
You get 7 - 10 pumpkins per battle, so approx 120 battles to get 1 card flip. As I used all my shards during summon rush over the weekend, I will have to be the other side of lucky to pull the legendary with the few card flips I will get. Please tell me again how much better this event is than a log in champ.
The fact that there is no summon event (champion chase or summon rush) and no dungeon divers during the same time as it is bad. Makes sense now why there was Dungeon Divers 1 then nothing for a almost 5 days then Dungeon Divers 2.
Think it ends at the start of Ice Golem or maybe you get a single day of Ice Golem overlap. You could do Dragon if you hadn't finished it yet in order to finish up Dungeon Divers 1.
Lately these Fates been having 3 ways to get points. Soul Essence or Artifact Enhancement being one of them. With the Soul Essence random event starting would have been a good dual event.

Why compare apples to oranges? They'll add another free login champ eventually, but that has nothing to do with this event.
This is more expensive in shards than some might think. You will need to be able to flip almost every card to complete this. Just a FYI in anyone planning to go for this, I used around 170 ancients, 12 voids, 6 red ones, and a couple sacreds. So plan accordingly.

Is there a date stamp (time limit) on the Plarium 'special' gift for getting Kaja and Timid? If it never expires it suggest no matter when you get both, you will get the added gift? Does anyone know?

You can do a combination though of it, but this is also excluding energy. You can get like 3k energy over the course of the event but that is just ~3K points. So 1.5 less sacreds.
Looking at your screenshot the min you could get it in if you got only fragments is 15k Points. 10 5Frag Rares, and 5 10Frag Epics.

We should have a CvC Personal during Timit's event. The next CvC with personal should be the one on the 7th. Since they said we won't have another CvC with personal till "after Halloween" the one after Halloween should be the one next week on the 7th.
So hopefully that one counts if summon both of them then.

But as OP said it's essentially a 20 (max) sacred guaranteed that can be offset with other shards (burn greenies 😆) , dungeon runs, and further reduced based on card flipping "skill".
Since I was "baited" into the fusion by the titan even, I'm all on in this as well...

Please also make sure that not every one likes this event. Personally, I think it is very expensive, is designed to use a lot of shards and by forcing you to at least flip 15 correct cards is very frustrating.
The time for this event is also a slap into the face of many players.
This is basically a guarenteed legendary event, use 20 top shards get a free legendary, plus it doesn't effect your mercy, so you could hit a 2nd legendary when you open the 20 ancients. If not you have +20 on your mercy, so win win. Timing was a little off though should have been in conjunction with the summon rush. Kind of like the deck of fate events anyway, the last one with the red gear was amazing. This one is so so.
