give him about 7k attack, 300+ crit dam, and an attack buff, then hit an enemy under weaken and defense debuff and see how it does

Those videos are gimmicks. They're just there to show flashy results. Don't build him like that.
Can it work? Sure. But it's not worth it. He's far better suited at being a disruptor. The A2 lets him neutralize dangerous threats, and the A3 lets him soften up the enemy team.
You're best off building him with high accuracy and speed. Sure, put the other stats into damage if you can, but I'd try to aim for a minimum of 350 ACC and 230 SPD. Ideally much higher than that, though.

For the vast majority trying to build Wukong as a DPS and debuffer is a good way to make sure he's not very good at either role.
He is awesome. Counter-attack teams are no more. He flat out breaks those teams. With him and Rhonda you can lock down a team pretty darn well.

And the closer you can get him to 350 speed with 600-700+ accuracy, the better. He'll just keep popping back up, stealing buffs and sheeping peeps.
