Mythrala confuses me.

I get that she applies stoneskin but I am surprised everytime she blocks all buffs that the person being stoneskined is trying to apply. I am a slow learner and get caught trying to apply buffs more than I like to admit.

In understand why it would block the person getting stoneskined from recieving buffs but I don't understand why it blocks the champion from buffing others. Maybe it is order of operations?

1. Sniktraak casts Cloying Horror

2. Sniktraak gets stoneskined.

3. Buffs that would go to all champions cannot be cast because Sniktraak is stoneskined?

I still don't think it should work that way but at least that makes sense.

Petrified, not stoneskin'ed. Stoneskin is a buff, Petrify is a debuff.

In terms of the other part of your question - it's the order of operations. Sniktraak A2 has two parts. First, it attacks all enemies, and for any that are not weak hits, attempts to place a SPD down debuff. At this point, if Snitraak is hexed, Mithrala's passive will activate, and attempt to Petrify him. If he gets petrified, the second part of his attacks simply does not activate, which means you don't get the buffs.

No she can't. Hex does not apply through stoneskin.
