They're starting to show up in events now.  Fire Knight tourney has 20 available so Id imagine more will be available from other events as well.

I don't know why a spender would be interested.  Im not a spender and I have all but 3 of the leggos and all of the epics.  Seems a poorly thought out event.  Spenders most likely would have most of the champs and those that don't would have to become spenders to get jest s few pulls.

they do eliminate the possibility of getting useless champs, and the odds of a leggo are increased, but I'd have to get what, 8k points in 4 events to get one pull?

edit even if I pulled a leggo 9 of 12 would be dups, completely uninterested.

The point requirements for a quarter of a prism summon is certainly absurd, but I'll be doing FK anyway for the regen gear. My aim is the UDK points at best, and even that I have my doubts about. I have no delusions of reaching the shard threshold. Maybe I get to flip a couple of cards while I'm at it, with the likely outcome of a couple of brews and 50k silver.

Just made a quick calculation and came up with the need of about 14.000 Energy or ~4300 gems to get 80 shards for a single pull...

As Krama said before...seems to be a bit high...so I would abstain from using *a bit*

The target market here is new spenders, these are catch up shards so to speak.  Way better than sacreds if u r new player.  

Plarium is wisely providing ways for new spenders to close gap a bit on the old timers.

I had 30 leftover from last event, ill be happy if I get 1 pull as a f2p.

What's more shocking is that you all are constantly surprised by everything targeting $$$ and not f2p, or that I am shocked u r shocked... lol

I will let the target market decide if it's worth the cash 

Oh and I'm not shocked really but when I saw 9600 points for 1/4 of a shard I did think it was a bit ...high ;)

How can you have 30 leftover if they announced that they will autoamtically pull remaining shards and the limit was 20 to pull?

I'm not surprised at all.  Just uninterested.  What you said about targeting new spenders to catch up makes sense.
