Id look at a full team rework.  

Toragi / Sepulcher / Vizier / Longbeard / Geo would be a solid team that you could run.  Would be a team with good survivability and synergy to allow your damage from Toragis poisons and Geos passive to stack up.

Really Longbeard? Interresting. I will have to get Sepulcher developed and then I will give it a try. 

Yeah, just for a bit of added DPS from the Ally Attacks.  If you don't wanna use Longbeard I'd recommend either Venomage or a champion that brings Leech.

Yannica being a good choice for the latter. Just make sure her extra turn is either off or used when it doesn't matter.

Should I pretty much be running with Lifesteal on everything at this point?

If youre not running Leech in the team yeah, use Lifesteal.

But use leech :)

Just to expand, since I'm now on my PC - running five sets of Lifesteal is difficult even for later-game players. For you it's nigh-impossible without having to use very sub-standard items.

While it's true that running an Ally-Attack champ (or Counter-Attack ideally) adds a lot to your damage, especially when you're using Vizier to extend debuffs, it's very unlikely that it'll be worth the extreme amount of sacrificing you'll need to make to properly tune your team around the limited number of quality lifesteal pieces you have. 

I would also suggest to run a newish team:

• Toragi is one of the best options for Clan Boss as an ally protector. 
• Kalvalax is amazing with poisons (obviously)
• Sepulcher (running at 4:3) is going to ensure you are affinity friendly for the stun, and provide a solid increase defense buff, along with Dec Att.
• Vizier is going to keep all the debuffs (Dec att, dec def) up on CB. 
• Last slot I'm thinking Venomage, potentially to use the 15% damage reduction for your allies, as well as the Dec Def for CB. Either that, or potentially running Rhazin for Dec Def + Weaken, but I'm curious if you have enough survivability. You could also use Geomancer in this slot since you have him built, but I'm concerned you don't have Dec Def....
• I wonder if removing Kalvalax is worthwhile now that I'm saying this, if maybe Venomage could take his place, with Toragi throwing poisons out, as well as Venomage, and Vizier extending them every turn, maybe you can just max the debuff bar 24/7.

So are you thinking Toragi / Sepulcher / Kav or Venom/ Yannica / Geo?

It sounds like Toragi and Sepulacher are going to be key to the team I can get them up to snuff and then play around a bit to see where my numbers land.
