Why am I all of a sudden seeing Kalvalax's poison debuff icons? I thought it was weird I never saw the poison debuffs on the enemy icons, now all of a sudden I see them today, was it from the new update? Maybe it was an issue they just fixed?

Or he didn't have enough accuracy to land them before? I've never seen the issue your describing or heard about it as a bug.
At the start of each match they land automatcially so it wouldn't be accuracy. Not sure why they didn't show before.

Hmm. My gear must be good enough because I never have had all 4 of them resisted by anyone that I can remember. There are plenty of debuffs that cannot be resisted. Ronda's block skills comes to mind.

this game is dirty and totally mercenary game 6 months ago I realized several things I bought 2 sets the items all came bad I recreated it got worse I threw money away, in 6 months the legendary I got was round artak now, next week I'll get scyl I never got it legendary with fragments some bad epics I got discouraged the worst game of chance I've ever played I don't advise spending money on this game everything you have in this game is by chance or luck even what you buy.
