For me it was Helicath when he was a fusion. Took me from 3 key Brutal to 3 key UNM in less than a week, and was the focal point of my CB team until just recently https://vidmate.onl/ .
Biggest immediate boost? Probably some of my very first ones. Big'Un was a massive boost to dungeon/campaign, and Vizier helped hugely for CB.
When I got Vizier that probably changed the game the most for me.

Helicath fusion ... was 3 months in , took everything to the next level , cb , dungeons , arena , dt , etc .. That died off over time but still core of my cb team and few other spots that without him i wouldnt be able to run them !
Dreng, my first fusion. Unlocked spider 20+, unlocked DT waves. Shot up in arena to gold V (I still use him there, he's actually decent).
More recently, Teo. Took him to 60 and he immediately went into my 4 main dungeon teams. A few months later hard mode came out. I still use him in all 4 hard dungeons (though my teams for FK and spider aren't optimal, I can at least run some of the lower stages). Also in IT, clan boss, hydra. Also made my DT wave clear about twice as fast. Absolute king of PvE. His kit is just insanely good.
i pulled rotos as my first ever lego and there wasnt anything he couldnt do for me in the early game, still using him for much content now :)

Geomancer was my best pull, so useful in doom tower, clan boss. etc.

absolutely carries in all content, needs very few books to function and I think has an argument as best overall champ in the entire game. great as an early pull and scales quite well as you go on, of course

Not a pull per se but Lydia, Lydia has to be up there too.
I love my Cardiel though, capable of Hydra/FK10/high end Arena, just such a jack of all trades champ that I think gets lost in the void hype.
Getting Pythion after 3 months was a massive game-changer for me. immediately went from farming dragon at lvl 13 to lvl 20. Nowadays can't imagine how anyone would get by without someone like him for cleanse/heal/revive.
Actually, one of my first leggos was Queen Eva...and she made my Campaign grinding/food leveling that much easier for my.
Than came Hegemon...same for Arena

I spent a little dough but the 2x plus 10x for Teo helped me grab him a month ago or so. Elva has been huge. Kalvalax pairs nicely with Teo too. Should be 2 keying UNM CB in a week or two thanks to a Demy pull. Honestly, been very lucky with my account. It's been fun.
On my Main account, Razel has been put into like 70% of my teams, I was suffering bad from the lack of a speed boost, that could also do burst dmg. Either him or Supreme Kael. The debuff extension along with all the poison synergies with leach set has made him, even in arena for me, a hjuge beast.
On my F2p, Marichka, hands down. I created it durring the Taras and marichka event and my 2nd void shard pull, BOOM in the bag.
