Just started the game and tried using the promo code SUPERPOWERS for new players but game says its valid for new players only. How much newer do you have to be than less than 20 minutes?
Any help appreciated.

If you've ever used the email or ever had Raid on that device, the new player codes won't work on there.
I started less than a week ago and only learned of promo codes
yesterday. I tried redeeming 2 legendary codes today and it says I'm not
a new player. I've never previously played or installed this game and I
am so upset at missing out on multiple legendaries meant to help me.

A new player can only use one code, and I believe only one of the codes offers a legendary. Once you've opened 5 blue ancient shards you should also get the legendary champ Ronda.
